Project Location: Helman Street and Van Ness Avenue, Ashland, Oregon

Located on an oddly-shaped lot in the historic Railroad District of Ashland, it combines six residential units with approximately 8,000 square feet of office space in two buildings separated by a public plaza. Oregon Architecture and the developers worked closely with the City of Ashland's Historic Commission and Planning Commission to develop a plan that would meet the City's strict zoning regulations for downtown properties, was compatible with adjacent residential properties and still provides reasonably sized condominiums and office spaces. The development is currently in plan review for a building permit.
