Project Location: Klamath Housing Authority

The Klamath Housing Authority selected Oregon Architecture to design this project of four duplexes and community building for special needs tenants. The proposed tenants were expected to be homeless individuals, people who had been without housing for a significant amount of time. The design needed to be simple, especially as far as systems were concerned, and to have enough built-ins that minimal furniture would be needed by occupants to make the units functional.

Additionally, the units needed to meet State of Oregon standards for housing and required design approval from the State Housing Office prior to construction.
