This 27,000 square foot multi-tenant building, the first phase of a multi-building center located in Grants Pass, was constructed in 2008. Located a half-block off a main thoroughfare through the city, we designed this first building to meet the city’s newly enacted façade design requirements. We also designed a large, elaborate parapet to allow building signage to be seen from a major highway a half block away.

Typical shops spaces in this area tend to be small, so the building was designed to provide maximum tenant flexibility for a range of shop sizes. The building has a center demising wall which allows shallow shop depth for maximum frontage exposure for the even the smallest shop.
