This project, currently in design, will be the first new market rate high density housing to be constructed in the Medford downtown core in over 50 years. The 108 unit apartment building is located on a site on the eastern edge of the Central Business District adjacent to the Bear Creek Greenway and within walking distance of many city amenities. The building will be five floors above grade with parking adjacent. The building will feature a mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, exercise room, laundry, and rooftop sun deck. The units are intended to be hi-tech equipped and will feature wireless access and smart mechanical systems. T minimize the need for personal automobiles, the management plans to arrange for three on-site rent-by-the-hour cars for tenants use for personal errands.

Project Data:
108 units in a mix of unit types from micro studios to 2 bedrooms Approximately 77,000 sf. in total area.
