The first two phases of this project were constructed on existing lots that were approved in the 1990s but had remained vacant for almost 20 years. The existing approval required the units to be constructed in substantial conformance to the 20-year old project approval documents. That led to two story units with single car garages. Four of the units could be larger, so they became 3 bedroom units. The remaining four were two bedroom units.
We developed the master plan for Phase III, so we reduced the maximum number of allowed units by one so we could develop single story residences in two different configurations to reflect the site conditions. Ultimately, because of further site constraints, we ended up with 6 unique single story units. All units in all three phases have single car garages, plus one additional parking space. Some units have a driveway that can accommodate a third car on site.
