A service Oregon Architecture provides its clients is the development of a range of options to site adapt stock plans to meet local development codes and ordinances or to fit existing site constraints. In this case we developed several different exterior schemes for the Jack-in-the-Box standard plans to meet this Oregon city’s codified desire to have all buildings within its borders constructed to meet certain design and materials selections. In this case we developed several alternate exterior schemes and reviewed them with city staff. We ultimately settled on one design and led that design through the development and building permit process. The project is currently scheduled for completion in August, 2012
